Students and teacher of Baroda High School, Alkapuri (Afternoon Shift) have brought pride to the state!
Students of Grade 8 – Manthan Rane, Aksh Patel, and Het Thakkar, along with their mentor Suparna Sinha, won a special award in the Software Category Competition held at G.H. Patel College of Engineering and Technology (GCET).
Out of 200+ entries from colleges and universities, only 25 projects made it to the final round, and our team was the only school team among them! Recognizing their outstanding presentation, the team was awarded a cash prize of ₹5000.
The students developed a QR-based safety system app, which has the potential to be highly beneficial for the general public. Winning this competition for the second consecutive year is a moment of great pride for the school!
Mentor Suparna Sinha’s invaluable guidance played a crucial role in this achievement. She not only mentored the students but also actively participated, earning a certificate of victory alongside them.
